Standing with Texas Families

Free Family Crisis Support

Julia Hoffman, MA, offers family therapy rooted in collaboration, compassion, and real-time support.

In response to this crisis, Julia is offering two free therapy sessions to individuals and families directly affected by the recent floods in Texas, providing support during this time of grief, trauma and recovery.

Whether your child is grieving, confused, or afraid — or you’re a parent struggling to find the right words — Julia is here to help you navigate this together.

“The Central Texas floods are an unimaginable tragedy.
I live in Dallas, and the grief here is palpable. It’s everywhere.
And like so many of you—I feel helpless and heavy and fragile.

We can’t take the pain away, but we can walk with each other alongside it.

  • Hi Julia Just wanted to check in. Things have been going really well. We just got back from our first blended family vacation a few weeks ago. I can’t thank you enough for all your support and guidance to get us here. I’ll be reaching out for some help with a few parenting logistics, but wanted to share a note of gratitude from someone you helped.
